That above ground pool is a deal breaker…along with the cheap cabinets and non consistent flooring… those are big ticket items to upgrade.

Did the property sell at the asking price? If not, what did it sell it? Excellent tour video. I’m looking to move from Texas to Ocala Florida. I am looking for pretty much the same set up except the pool. I’m not crazy about the fact that it has a well and a septic tank, but I can think I can look over that but I’m looking to maybe build a home or if I could find a piece of property like the one that you showed in this video my name is JIMMY and I am looking forward to speaking with you…

Just because you add a room, it does not make the property go up in value, it could also reduce the value. It is more complex than that. It's a nice house, but like all properties right now, it is over value. Sure, a house like this would be over 1 million, but those are really desirable areas and hour is far.

Absolutely, the flex room in this house is too small to add as additional room. But in a scenario where there is a large flex room (similar size as regular room ), it can increase the value of a property. Appraiser go off homes with same bed, bath, and 200sqft below and above of the subject property. They used that criteria to find comparable homes. In certain scenarios a house with 5 bedrooms will appraise higher then one with 4. If everything else is identical Thank you for your comment and insight!🙌🏻
