The engine didn't have power loss. In my case the issue was only fuel leakage and no error.

Hello, If your pump is the same as mine, most probably the leakage comes from the Y33 valve. But you have to check first if indeed the fuel comes from that valve. Is not so easy to replace it, but if you have the right tools and time you will succeed.

Hello, If you have a dense white smoke, then it seems that is a serious condition. It might be 2 situation: 1. Problem related cooling system like: cylinder head gasket, engine block cracked... 2. Fuel system: issues with injectors, high pressure pump... Regarding Y33, this is a pressure regulator, normally this one doesn't lead to white smoke behavior.

@@geoelectronica Intake, Turbo, EGR, CAT, Pistons and Engine in general are fine. White smoke appears only during failure, then not. It is as if it went off point and was left behind. That's why it's a pity that it could be that sensor The EDU module could be?

@@sergiofernandez6096 Is hard to say, a diagnosis is necessary. You can do swap test if you have a valve/ EDU from another car.

Hi Luca. Isn't needed to do any bleeding. The engine should start easy. Maybe there is another issue or you forget to connect something back.

@@geoelectronica Thanks for your answer. I managed to start the engine by spraying in the intake, with injector pipes unscrewed. I left the car with no valve for days waiting for the new one, perhaps it got so much air inside the circuit that it couldn't bleed by itself.

Hi, Unfortunately I don't have a valve available to measure, but I found in my notes the exterior diameters of the O-rings: - The big one ~ 20mm - The small one ~ 10mm

@@geoelectronica I did the maintenance of the car and when I looked over the car I saw the the cable that connects to that timing solenoid is leaking diesel. I will try to make the same process as you did to repair it and try to see what happens, thank you anyways.

​@@geoelectronicaI finally replaced today that timing solenoid, and wow the car is running really well right now. Anyways I recommend people who have this problem to clean all those cable sensors with alcohol isopropyl and then dry with some compressed air. My car is running now perfectly without jerking or something like that, thanks for that video by the way. Cheers.

Hello, You may check if there is no leakage into the fuel system and I'm not speaking about visible leakage is more about depressurize the fuel ramp.

​@@hitmen2025 If you only cleaned out the valve, then could be an issue regarding sealing, so please check if the o-rings integrity is ok and also if the screws are well tighten. Another cause could be the electrical connection, please check the connector, no diesel contamination is allowed also the wires integrity is very important, I mean the insulation.

@@geoelectronica only one is tighten the other on managed to taked out like 2h then couldn’t put it back on so i pit only one started ok next day dead no fuel to the injections
