here is my experience : I've listened to this mantra and felt nothing. Also it looks like he is chanting Om Rom Ognaye Namah to me so i switched to different video. The mantra is Om Ram Agnaye Namah. After a month of listening I figured out, nothing happens if you chant this mantra with the video. Only Listen to it and focus on it. My life is very busy so I don't get time in day. When I go to sleep, I plug my headphone and play this video on the lowest volume. And the entire video keeps on playing and playing the entire night on a loop. That way I've seen results in 2 days. My arms got toned. Now I also exercise with dumbbells and I see my back got toned too. So basically you can play this video the entire day or entire night but it wont work if you keep your focus on somewhere else. Focus on this mantra only. No need to chant. Very powerful when we sleep because that time our body and mind fully at peace and stopped. So this mantra gets those energy to work

No special diet. I just eat salad for dinner and drink a lot of water during the day. I also stopped eating bread. I don't do exercises. It's just that when I listen to this mantra I think about how I remove the fat from my stomach.

My update is I was 324 now 281. Again, slow process because of listening once in awhile. Rice puts the air in my stomach so that is limited. Sugar is my downfall but I feel good about the lost. Many Blessings. My goal in 175.
