That web cam out of stock on amazon and flipkart, just now i checked , please buy any other web cam .

Yes, i removed ir cut filter attatched with the lense , that is why image is pinkish , but image quality is better.

Use a Logitech c310 or c270 and buy a adapter it will be better then a dslr.

@@astrovillagerhi, i think unfortunately it's impossible. The reason is that galaxies are often dim and probably dimmer than a webcam can pick up. Phones can see it on longer exposure tough !

Yes deepsky object photography is not possible with web cam , it is only for moon and planet photography.

Yes, i have 12 inch also, but its tube is too long , i cant do astrophotography with it , and very soon i am going to start another 12 inch short focal length mirror making with homemade mirror grinding machine .

8mm is very thin for mirror making, So if you want to make your own mirror of 12 inch then use atleast 19mm , which i am going to do, and then you can make short focal length mirror .

Iss ko prime focus method kehete hain , iss me eyepiece ke jarurat nahi hote , iss me image direct image sensor me parti hain. Image sensor jitna chota magnification utna zada .
