In part 1 of 2 in this series for beginners, I demonstrate how to properly set-up the Celestron NexStar Evolution from the ground up, including tripod, mount, telescope, and StarSense installation, as well as tips and tricks to help you do this properly. In part 2 I will show how to easily calibrate the StarSense AutoAlign using the Celestron SkyPortal app, as well as demonstrate how to use it.
