Repotting my two year old Astrophytum asterias seedlings, plus a quick bonus repotting of a cactus that I had to perform an emergency cut on a week after watering it as it started to rot. Stay safe and well guys.

Awwwwww your baby Astros are absolutely CUTE as CUTE can get haha :-D they are so gorgeous and perfect with their little tiny spots on them, and such a wonderful video with the re potting of them, well done on saving your cactus too and we bet it will root amazing with your cactus mix, I will be changing the soil on my seedlings too over these next few weeks to your cactus mix its soooooooo much better and we are really happy with it, thanks so much for sharing Daz, and Hans and I are sending you and Edith lots of love and happiness and PLANT POWER from across the Emerald Isle to England and Singapore for a safe and sunny Sunday today XXXX

Such beautiful little buttons... Those Asterias seedlings are so micro cute!! 😊 Brilliant achievement they are happy after 2 years despite the other soil mix, as very young seedlings they coped well, they will thrive in your mineral soil mix now! My cactus seedlings from 2 years ago are 'hard grown' so they are not as big, so don't worry about their size they look perfect in shape, I'm sure they will have a burst of growth now, my 2 year seedlings have just burst into life like wildfire after a steady 2 years of growing. Still don't know what they are yet! 🌵🏜️🌞😆

Well done repotting those tiny Astrophytum asterias, Sweetheart. 🥰 I was expecting they’d be so fiddly but you actually handled them pretty well considering their size. 😂 I saw some 5-ribbed ones there. They are rarer and more expensive too. Well, anything out of the ordinary 8-ribbed ones are. I’m sure they will grow more rapidly now that they are into your awesome mix. I can’t wait for them to show their marks. They are my top favourite cacti! 😍 Thank you for this video, My Love! ❤️🤗♾😘🥰❤️

Thank you my love 🥰 Yeah they weren’t too fiddly to work with thankfully haha. Yeah I hope once they mature more we’ll know for certain if some are 5 ribbed, maybe some 7’s as well. Oh, cute as a button! They grew pretty fast and that soil mix looks great. Oooh, one of the asterias you gave me suffered from sun burn. 🥵 Sorry. I hope those seedlings grow strong and healthy. Now, you make me want to plant some cactus seeds... 🤔 Oh what is that other cactus you planted? I don’t think I caught the name of it.

Cactus Caffeine pinakita sakin ni Daz. var. nudum kasi yan kaya madaling ma-sunburn. Don’t worry. Mas madali na sila makuha dito ngayon. When this is all over, let me know what plants you like from here. 😉 Ingat lagi. 🙏

How do you water after repotting?

what is the potting mix just rocks lol? seriously one of these was randomly sent to me from CHINA and i have no idea how to care for it!

75% to 85% rocks, yes lol. These plants aren’t difficult to care for, as long as what they’re planted in drains fast and drys out quickly between waterings they should be good. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
