Asurion Insurance just sent back my camera after a warranty fix. I'm excited to open it up and see if it works and if they were able to fix the problem!!!

I used to use asurion way before Amazon was a thing buying tools at Lowe's or Home Depot. Even back then they were great most of the time they would just give you the money back on the claim for the item, instead of having to go through the whole rigmarole of shipping it out and waiting for it to come back.

Going through it with them now for a phone repair. *TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE*. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I've never had this problem. What did they do that made it so bad? It's hard to call a company with certified people garbage

My son broke my mother's TV and caused lines on the screen. Filed a claim, took a picture of the serial number and of the screen. Got it replaced with a newer and bigger TV. Super easy

Services are supposed to be good. They promise a lot of good benefits. It's just that the people sometimes make the experience horrible. I guess it's more like the work ethics that should be taken a look at.

I’ve sent in a Fitbit smartwatch to have them fix it and they repaired it. Then it started doing the same issue and they fixed it again. I then started to have another issue and sent it in again and they ended up sending me a brand new one. I just recently sent them my steamer for repair. We shall see if they fix it. So far I’ve been happy with it. I see a lot of complaints on cell phone repairs but majority of the time it’s not the company living up to their standards it’s when people don’t actually ready there service contract regarding what they fix and what they don’t. Read the fine print people.

Thanks for the video!! So Here's my question. I'm buying a Mini 3 Pro through Amazon, now would you go with Asurion or through DJI for the warranty? Hope you can help

I went with both actually. And used both of them. DJI replaced my drone went it went down in the winter and Asurion just refunded my purchase price because they couldn’t fix a problem. I know a lot of people have had trouble, but I’ve had good luck with it.

So your customer warranty is supposed to be used first. How did you get past that?

Most warranties don't cover accidental damage by handling. This Asurion deal has two parts: one that kicks in to replace manufacturer warranty after that ends, and one part that starts immediately at purchase for accidental coverage on portable devices.

My brother has assurian for his phone a Samsung zfold 3 and inner screen has lines in it so he made a claim and they didn't have a replacement and told him for over $200 they will send him a new zfold 4

I have cameras (real SLR) that are older than this guy and they look and work brand new. This is like crashing your car into everything you see and then submitting an insurance claim because your car is totaled.

Wait so will h u his Asurion protection plan.. Do u have to swnd the item back to them everytime or no can u just (for lack or a better wod) cash it in and they send the new item in

Yeah, it was an accident and they cover accidents. I've sent it back twice for dropping it in the sand and got it back with bo problem.

These guys are great. It sounded to me like a "... really?" I mean sounds pretty damn fair. 25 dollars a month so i can ensure my laptop last me the next few years im gonna want it as my daily gamebox, yeah ill do that. Im just trying to be more responsible and just be more humble cause i can easily make a human error and poof $1800 and a friend goes bye.

Asurion was a complete waste of time and money. They didn't even approve a laptop fix for me. Had them 2 months. Declined repairs for it. Asurion is garbage!
