THAT's a pretty steep discount. 🤑 Now the question is, do I *really* wanna start grabbing stuff for an 11th generation build, when we're likely to see Intel's gen. 14 lineup by the time I'm done putting it together? 🤔 (If I decide I DO, then I'd better move on it before *they're* all gone too. 😝)

XMP 1 is the 4 main clock speeds of ram and your MOBO sets the rest *looser timings, sometimes unstable. XMP 2 runs the ram for every timing and voltage it is designed for *tighter timings, more stable.

I have the Z590-E version of this board. I bought it 2nd hand and it had bent pins. Got my money back and got to keep it. So it's sitting on my project pile.

Great tutorial and interesting to see subtle diffs to amd mbs. Quick question: the wifi and bluetooth settings would only appear if installed at factory (as this mb has) but wouldnt appear with 3rd party add ons? Thanks for sharing Mike and Kath 🐈👍

I have a ROG Strix z390-e mobo and intel i9-9900k with an Nvidia 1080 Ti, when I go to Primary Display and try and save it to PCIe (there is no PEG) and I keep iGPU Multi-Monitor "DISABLED" it reverts to CPU. So when ever I boot up my computer my monitors says "no signal" and doesn't have the asus boot logo if i have my DP/HDMI connected via GPU, i'll end up receiving a display once i'm at the windows login. UNLESS I connect a DP/HDMI to my motherboard then i'll have a display the whole time. BUT if I change Primary Display to PCIe and have iGPU: ENABLED then having my DP/HDMI connected to my GPU it'll boot up normally with my monitor having a display and seeing the Asus Logo.

@@mikesunboxing so if found out what it was, you didn't mention this in the video. It might be obvious for some, but for new people not. What happend was 4x 16gb didn't work. But 2x 16gb did.
