laptops in general are pretty expensive, it is what it is but sadly $1000 is "budget" (more specifically gaming laptops) normal laptops are usually alot cheaper because no dgpu, but yeah then 1.4k midrange and anything 1.6k+ id say is high end, anything 2k+ and money is no object for that person

idk, i was considering the g14 with 6700s but performance concerned me, with this being able to reach 120fps on cyberpunk with the 4060 is sweet, even 90fps with rtx. but a g16 with a rx 7700s would be an interesting product, especially for the efficiency

@@therealbilaal8758 have last years G14 with the RX 6700s and Ryzen 9 6000 and it has run everything I’ve thrown at it at 90-120 fps on ultra settings. That’s without using FSR or anything. Black Ops Cold War and Death Stranding are probably the heaviest games I’ve run and at 1440p ultra it’s pretty solid. I don’t use ray tracing, however.

Unfortunately the do the collab with acronym....so it's not gonna have a simple looks, i remember when asus do their first collaboration with acronym on g14, my goodness my eyes can't handle the looks, especiallya the keycaps 😂😂😂😂

As some one whose had this model who later upgraded, I would highly recommend it for a couple of select games. If a desktop is something you still want to avoid however you want a cheap pc gaming solution I would recommend gigabytes new laptop starting at 800$ you will get your self the same hardware here.. that being a i7 & 4060

@@RagulCJ 100% worth it. I had an asus g14 before and that thing heated up so much, but the m16 is way better in terms of heat I have a cooling pad but I don’t even need to use it with the m16. The battery life is really solid - I go to college so I’m away from my charger but it will last me

from what ive heard it can still get 6-8 hrs which isnt bad(need to wait for review still) but also heard laptops like the scar g16 getting 9 hours and is intel too, so im getting more curious about intels battery this gen. but overall i actually dont mind intel, only because amd is having supply issues and to get a amd chip in here would reduce the availability as well as possibly increase the price, and especially anywhere outside of the US laptops are already more expensive

Just picked up a g14 2023 for 999.99 with a ryzen 9 7940hs and rtx 4060. Had the rog g15 with the 5980hx and 6800m had to go to nvidia because Ai tensor cores and cuda.

This "midrange" laptop easily costs USD 3000 where I live. A base M3 MB PRO model for some reason costs USD 800 more than in the US.

That thing cost ¥439,800 here, equivalent to $2930..... I really appreciate the design but I think I'm going to the alternative Zephyrus M16 which only cost ¥193,760 or $1290.
