It looks like some driver issue or something with win11. Try disabling ulps this might cause this screen flickering error. It's clearly not the tuf's (a machine) problem. About that boot speed, try deleting the temps (that's actually not gonna make huge difference but will make some speed improvement) and resetting the "up time". But try disabling the ULPS first. If it's on then that could also cause the flicker error.

Uninstall the latest w11 updates and reinstall the driver again it might work , last option is to reset.

Gfx card and firmware issue. That's the reason. A windows or firmware update or even a driver update will fix that easily

for blinking sometimes lowering refresh rate from the max one cause the error . max it out to stop blinking

First, you need to confirm whether it's an issue with Hardware or a compatibility issue with Windows 11 drivers. You need to Boot with WINPE ISO bootable disk, keep it on and check if the same issue comes. If no issue comes then there is an issue with the display drivers of Windows 11 for this model. But if still same issue comes then it's an issue with the hardware, you can catch Asus customer support and show them this booted disk state

No need to worry bro I have tuf a15 and i faced the same problem and I think this most of tuf users faced same problem ...... the screen flickers because it keep changing its refresh rate as asus has adaptive sync (observe that while using it on charge the refresh shifts to 144 hz and when we remove charger it auto shifts to 60 hz and you can see a screen blinks between shifts ).... what helped me is updating gpu software driver "I updated my AMD software(adrenaline edition)" as aur uske baad koi problem nahi aai .. windows 11 m update aane pe kabhi kabhi AMD driver bhi update ho jata h aur fir wo software app open nhi hota h "this version is not compatible with windows jesa kuch error dikhane lgta h " aur windows auto update k karan ye hota hi rehta and main display adapter AMD gpu hi rehta that why it start creating issue when its not working properly..... for that download driver from AMD website and install it and this will solve your issue . bss ye ek chota sa issue h tuf series m baki laptop toh bhot acha h.
