This notebook was sent to me by a customer, he has issue with some keys are not responsive and I've get the keyboard unit replaced with a new set. Let's watch the video and see how to replace the keyboard

bro from where do u bought the keyboard..the keyboard is not on amazon nd not on flipkart....please tell mee from which app do u buy the keyboard pleaseee reply..same problm nd sme laptop

i bought it from shopee (malaysia online trading platform). u can try ebay or aliexpress. the source is same

i dont think so because no connector for led power, unles they are sharing the same ribbon type and extra lucky if the backlit keyboard sharing the same layout.

Hey I'm hoping you still reply as I had a customer that spilled coffee on her keyboard which was causing it to type multiple letters when 1 key is press (ex. Press N and you get N/) I cleaned everything up and still had the same results so I replaced the keyboard and sadly, same results. What could the issue be?

Have you try fresh install the windows? Try cleaning the ribbon contact port? Im afraid the coffee reached mainboard area.

@@Omara86 No fresh Window install, all drivers have been reinstalled. I cleaned the port. Some coffee reached under the plastic protector as well as underneath the board, the laptop ended up stop turning on for me and wouldn't receive a charge, I tested the batteries and they were fine so I'm guessing the board shorted out. I told the customer this and though they aren't very pleased it's definitely a better option than having to keep putting money into it.
