In your video when it comes to removing the battery terminal you say 'Lift up the battery connector'. I did that and broke the connector; (thereby destroying my computer) I believe you should have said ' Carefully slide the white battery connector horizontally towards the battery compartment' Please correct me if my suggestion is not correct.

Can you explain to me why does the pc switch on automatically when you put it on charge? It happens also to me but then it doesn’t work if it’s not on charge

As soon as the battery receives power it acts almost as a filter for the motherboard. When the battery gets power, the board will power up automatically in most cases. Check your battery it may be faulty, additionally check the battery connection on the board and make sure it is flat and flush with the clip. This asus battery connector is really bad, and can be hard to get the unit to seat correctly.
