Hey, sorry for the late response to your comment. Unfortunately, the video clips shown here does not belong to me. They are old recordings made by Stavanger Kinematografer, and this clip is taken from their 75th anniversary special edition disc. Some of the clips from Stavanger Kinematografer are publicly available though, you may wanna check out the old city archives for this, Stavanger Byarkiv; stavangerbyarkiv.no/ Keep in mind the archive is only availbale in norwegian as far as I am aware There is really no other option if you'd like to use clips like this one in a TV Program, in terms of getting the proper copyright permissions.
