Last Month, Serco offered my foreign Landlord a twenty percent hike in rent guaranteed for 5 years, if he kicked me out of the property I’ve rented for the last ten years, all so they can place illegals in there. So April 20th, i’m out with nowhere to go ! English Male aged 59, worked since i was 16 but now bottom of the pile in my own Country, I know what i’d like to do about it, but mentioning it on here will get me banned for life and actually putting it into practice, will almost certainly get me a life sentence 😡

If you have worked hard and found your deposit for a house, you are so proud of yourself, you get settled in your new home, AND THEN, you get immigrants (fighting age men) moving in next door, your home has then devalued, your mortgage is £250,000 , your house is valued at £100,000. if you can get that for it, or even sell it at any price.

This hits home so much. Whilst living in a council house in GM. We was asked and given a run of the mill should I say a home until our home and area was re-developed. The moment our new home was completed myself and then wife had to re-apply to which the local council said no because we was not of ethnic background and we already had a home that they put us up in. We felt absolutely violated because we was cheated out of our home.

People always say it's loads of young blokes with no women and kids, but in the next few years, they'll apply for the women and kids to come over as well, and it'll be happening all over the west. Then we really are looking at becoming a minority within about 25 years. At least we might get an advert or two. In terms of what to do about crime, vigilantes will be more than capable of stopping that, if there's enough of them. Same applies to the ports. If several hundred people are at every port, nobody gets in. It's worth considering.

Thinking about how I had to get my Mum with dementia into a nursing home at a cost of over £1,250 a week for a shoebox of a room. Because I was trying to sort out her affairs the best I could (I had no power of attorney, etc) her council came after me for the council tax on her now vacant property. They actually sent a collection agency after me to pay her council tax, even though I had no liability and had only spoken to her county council to try and facilitate what was best for everyone. The house had to be sold, of course, to pay for her care home fees.

Hit the nail on head this is exactly whats happening! I been waiting 1 year in 1 bedroom in a 5 bed shared house. And I can't get any property. 1 toilet between 9 people. The giving them to illegals

One story I saw on KZfaq was someone in their 50s. They bought a home supposably about 6 months ago. To buy the home they would have had a full inspection of the home before they could buy their home. But about 6 months later they received a letter from the council. The letter said the council is compulsory purchasing their home because their home is in a derelict condition. So what condition does the house have to be in before the council class the house as derelict?

I’m 53 born British. I have struggled trying to rent even though I have always worked. I have had to move away from my family because the area we grew up in, prices have gone through the roof. I had to get my parents to act as guarantor, I needed references, bank statements etc. I don’t know what I’ll do if my landlord puts rent prices up or sells to the government. What a mess this country is in. I really despair what is going to become of many of us.

They all need to be deported.. & landlords should remember this will not continue forever & there will be payback for their behaviour in the future..

The only thing you can do to even give your children a chance at any type of future is fight like their lives depend on it because they do.

Compulsory purchasing of properties from the disabled and the unemployed could cause big problems. If the council decides your house looks derelict and they decide to compulsorily purchase your property. They will pay you for a derelict run-down house (a fraction of its real value). But if you have a mortgage, how will you pay off the mortgage with the money the council has paid for the property. The bank or building society Could end up demanding all the money back. Plus if the council wants to rent your home off you, and you are disabled or unemployed. You can only earn something like £20 a week before it starts to affect your money. Plus what is stopping the government from changing the original agreement halfway through the original rental agreement? By making the time indefinite. Plus if there aren't any homes to house the immigrants and the government puts the immigrants in our homes. Where are we supposed to go? Live on the streets.

Your first experience is probably what we're going to face. I live in a new private estate, due to Scottish law all estates must build affordable housing, they've tuck 20 homes between the more expensive homes in an enclave right in the middle of the estate. We have only one way in and one way out in the large estate. I can imagine all the neighbours are a bit concerned how they the SNP are planning to house there. We have images of little Gaza..

All house owners should watch out for EDMOs, Empty Dwelling Management Orders.. If you get one always appeal to the First Tier Property Tribunal (part of the Courts service) asap. £100 cost, refundable. Local Councils try it on for what appear to be empty or messy buildings and could have been tried on here too..

In Australia we had illegals in a detention centre while they were being processed. The court said it was in breach of their rights and must be released into the community. The big problem the detainees included murderer's, rapists and other crimes. And they can't or won't do anything to lock them up again. I live in a one bed flat with my 4 kids ages 14, 11, 9 and 5. My cooker and fridge and sink is in my living room (no kitchen) I work while they are at school 9-3 five days a week. We have lived here 5 years on blow up mattresses on the floor apart from one bed they share on a rota. I was born here in Bolton u.k (white english unfortunately) i am 45 years old.
