Thank you Lord for giving me the parents and the life that I had growing up. While it wasn’t perfect it was far better then alot of peoples childhoods. At the age she first got pregnant I wasn’t even thinking of boys. To me they were gross lol. Please lord look over, after and protect this beautiful woman and her children. Please give her peace and comfort as well as guide her to a better path for her life. I’m so thankful that we didn’t have to be forced to get married to whom ever our parents chose for us.

I’m so glad I wasn’t born on that side of the world. I can’t imagine being forced to marry a man I find repulsive 🤢 it would make me run away or something else. I feel sorry for her it’s never fun marrying a mad man I was with one as a teen I know hun. Her age really wasn’t considered or weather she like you or not she was just forced. Too bad she’s not offered the opportunity like we have in the us if she did she could get assistance go yo school and be independent. She is not going to know. The men are older than her and they should know better. I don't expect a 13 year old to have the same knowledge as a 30something year old man. If the government doesn't set up a law that says no to child marriage, how will the people know. Does it mean that the president would allow his 13 year old girl to get married. If he can not do that so why allowing other men to abuse young girls. A 13 year old would be in form 1. How can you consider such young child to be your wife. In Zimbabwe if you sleep with an under age girl or boy you are destined for prison. And the government involved the rural chiefs to implement that law. If you are a parent and you let your under age child marry or get married, you will pay from 5 cows and more or prison. There's a channel on KZfaq by sly media tv that goes in rural courts and see how the chiefs are doing their jobs and I was impressed by it. Now whatever man sleep with an under age girl are running hiding. I wish if Kenya could do that. I'm so sorry honey that it happened to you. A 13 year old girl is just a child who doesn't even know how to run a house let alone a family. I had my first baby at 23 years old. Got pregnant at 22 by choice but there was a time I felt like it was really hard especially if you are in rural areas where you are supposed to be the mother to every member of the family. What about a 13 year old. Too much responsibilities for a child.
