What u should’ve done is stayed in the 1st floor gather more evidence once u keep finding there will little cutscenes here and there but don’t rush if u rush u not getting the cutscene in order to get u gotta back and forth this time do it slow and make sure Jimmy isn’t around and sometimes the cutscene is gonna be the certain room depending on how much progress u made thats why u didn’t get answers besides from the purse

yo case if you're seeing this or if you're either gonna play this game again, to actually make progress in this game is to discover the ghost's stories, but in order to know their stories is to ask them about the items you found, just look for more items in each floor and ask the ghosts, and if you found enough items and informations you can pair the informations to make more informations (i hope you get it) and make more progress (which is knowing more abt their stories)
