Yesterday I heard a piece on the radio that I, and everyone else, have heard far, far too many times: "The Lark Ascending," by Vaughan Williams. Achh, I reached for the dial, but then heard something different in the violin's sound. So I listened to the piece all the way through until the very last, amazing note. At one moment I realized a bird had entered my room. All the things that characterize birds were there: the hesitations, the sudden bursts, the sadness some birds convey, and the joy. Nothing like that had happened before in the scores of times I heard this piece. It was beyond beautiful...it was transporting. I won't ever forget that sound - I can hear it now - and how something old, worn out, overused can be so amazingly brought to life in the hands of a brilliant musician. Thank you, Mr. Zukerman.

Amanda Forsyth and Pinchas Zukerman are extremely talented and charismatic people. They're bringing classical music to a new generation of people especially now with fine music.

Zuckerman has studied only music all his life. So there is a very lack of common sense. And he likes to insult people who are more talented than him.

Zuckerman needs a new wife every now and then.

He’s 18 years order than she is. Good grief. I hope she gets to take her shoes when he decides to get wife number four.

What is racist for you?

I play classical music but I have no respect for such a disgraceful and racist musician. Zukerman must stop making culturally insensitive and ignorant remarks to young musicians who are Asian or Asian descendants.
