That's true, it is rather complex, I imagine. There are only certain equations that will produce a fractal. I guess they have to have some kind of infinitely repeating iteration.

Firstly, that was freeking awesome. I am a fractalnaught myself and can truly appreciate the time and effort that went into this. Of course it is equally stunning to those who do not know the mandleverse. Secondly, I will offer this. Virtualdub produces HUGE avi files. Bring the avi into movie maker and you will drop your size tremendously - it outputs in mp4. It also get the job done lickity split.

The only problem i have with fractals is that the GPU based fractals are not accurate enough, but the CPU generated fractals take 100x too long to render. So im waiting for 100x faster cpu.

You could have looped the first minute of video. Imagine the render time you would have saved.
