AT22 Shenandoah NP Section Hike Food

Күн бұрынI got a surprise extra week of backpacking this year! I checked out my options and decided to hike the entire Appalachian Trail thru the Shenandoah National Park from Rockfish Gap to Tom Floyd Shelter near Front Royal. This is a section I tried to hike twice in the past and was unable to complete it both times.
In this second video of several, I review my food planning. It is "complicated" because of the multiple resupply options in the park. Not a bad "complication" to have, actually!
I'm open to suggestions for other options too. What would you choose and why?
