For Mughlai Paratha Dough
৫০০ গ্রাম ময়দা / 500g Flour
১ চা চামচ চিনি / 1 tsp sugar
স্বাদমতো নুন / Salt to taste
৪ চা চামচ সাদা তেল / 4 tsp oil
২৫০ মিলি জল / 250 ml water
রেখে দিন ৩০ মিনিট / Keep it for 30 minutes for resting
For Stuffing Bread Crumb
৩ চা চামচ পেঁয়াজ বাটা / 3 tsp Onion paste
১ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 1 tsp Garlic and Ginger paste
১ চা চামচ কাঁচালঙ্কা কুচি / 1 tsp Green Chilli chopped
১ চা চামচ হলুদ / 1 tsp Turmeric
১ চা চামচ লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
২০ গ্রাম রোস্ট করা বাদাম / 20g roasted peanut
২০০ গ্রাম ব্রেডক্রমব / 200g tsp premade bread
For Potato:
২ চা চামচ সরষের তেল / 2 tsp Mustard oil
১ চা চামচ জিরে / 1 tsp Cumin seeds
১ চা চামচ কাঁচা লঙ্কা কুচি / 1 tsp Green Chilli chopped
২ টি ছোট পিয়াজ বাটা / 2 Small Onion Paste
১০ টি মাঝারি মাপের আলু / 10 medium size potato
খাস / Vetiver
১ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
১ চা চামচ হলুদ / 1 tsp turmeric
১/২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো/ ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
১ চা চামচ ধনে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp coriander powder
স্বাদমতো নুন / Salt to taste
জল / Water
১ চা চামচ বিট নুন / 1 tsp black salt
ধনে পাতা কুচি / Chopped Coriander leaves
For Final stuffing
২ টি ডিম / 2 ea eggs
১ চা চামচ কুচনো কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 1 tsp chopped green chilli
ধনেপাতা কুচি / Chopped coriander
স্বাদমতো নুন / Salt to test
তিন চা চামচ আগে থেকে বানিয়ে রাখা ব্রেডক্রমব / 3 tsp premade bread crumbs
সাদা তেল / Refined oil
চাট মসলা / Chat masala

Breadcrumbs holds the egg mixture together or else the egg will flow out of the paratha. If you use minced chicken instead, then you don't need breadcrumbs.
