One of the biggest reasons of attitudes from male students or young workers is cleanliness. Doesnt matter how professional tenants seem. So far from past experience tenants have chosen to ignore pre conditions provided to them in the beginning and cause problems feom there.

Kai students ghar rent te la ke ohthe weekend nu drunk ho ke Uchhi awaz vich music laonde te music 2 am tuk chalda renhda. Eh law de against ha, par student law di parvah nahi karde , na ohna nu neighbouring home owners di parvah hundu ke ohna da saun da time tusi kharab kar rahe ho.Ehi student jadon pind vich apni maa bhen naal renhde taan ohthe edan nahi karde. Es lai kai homeowner students nu ghar rent te nahi dinde.

This so true. Not many Interviews or vlogs are aired from a homeowners view or experience. Below another commenter is also true in saying. When these exact students will become homeowners/landlords their statements will be on the other side of the spectrum. Please take an advanced booking of these same people and Interview them in another 10 years time.
