H.Marie its cause it was egg whites, that’s completely different from just mixing the yolk and whites together. You have to mix so much that air bubbles form in the egg whites, it takes almost half an hour with a whisk. Less if you go at it vigorously. I also mix eggs with chopsticks, but yeosang trying to froth the egg whites is incredible

I noticed Hongjoong was the one who isn't comfortable with it but I think he is nowadays
