this song can be confusing if youre not a fan because the lyrics and video contain things related to their personal stories. The direction of the video was actually inspired by men in black (funny but serious) because out of the 8 members they are the eldest and they get picked on by the younger members But in the end they are sought out for and needed which explains the unserious but dangerous vibe they were going for. The lyrics also explain a lot of personal things about them that you wont understand if you are not a dedicated fan. In the beginning of the video and in the lyrics they mention / show a tracker because earlier years it was actually discovered that some people hid trackers in their cars and were following them. the people in hoods following them were basically haters / obsessed fans in the lyrics to they repeat "Oh my, theyre loud, they make my head hurt" etc is because when they were just starting out they received a lot of criticism this way about their music / sound yet said people kept watching them kept following them always wanting to just criticize. Seonghwa and Hongjoong have a dynamic where they pretend to not like each other but when they are on stage the have great chemistry hence the lyrics "MATZ... we dont get along, but on stage our synergy, bout to explode" there are a lot of ways the lyrics and video can be interpreted and explained so ill leave it here , thank you for reacting

Here is more info if you were interested in explanations of the song… The sub-unit Matz: Matz is the unit name for Hongjoong (Captain, main rapper, vocalist) and Seonghwa (vocalist, sub-rapper, visual). Matz are the two eldest members of Ateez and are best friends despite being complete opposites. The song MATZ: The lyrics are talking about the stalkers that put a GPS on their Carnival van and people that sell/buy their numbers and info. I’ve been on several lives where stalker fans were blowing up their cell phones. Or they get mobbed with cameras stuck right in their faces. It’s crazy and sometimes a little scary. The people in black seem to be representing those types of people. Some have camera film over their faces and the store is selling the ill-gotten media which is also projected on the wall. The parts about being noisy and out of control is referring to people who say things like Ateez makes noise music or are intimidating. In the end, it seems to be showing they are slowly winning over the naysayers as they watch them perform and wave the Ateez flags. Ateez is known for their organic growth despite having to fight their way up from nothing with little support.
