Yeosang with the bread is the epitome of the trope “anime protagonist who’s late for school running with bread/toast in their mouth because there wasn’t time for breakfast” and it makes me giggle

Let me add some info. Yeosang plays the role of "peace" Mingi is the transferred student. Seonghwa and Hongjoong in calligraphy club.

This is my theory/interpretation: after yeo broke the cromer ,they were all sent to another dimension except him ,But. They arrived separately , from the dairy album book we know that they thought yeo died,until one day his drone went to them flying alone they understood that he must be alive, in turbulence instead of the drone we see the paper airplane, in the end of the mv since they are not in there original dimension or for some other reason, they got super powers just like How woo was able to fly, then in the Real I guess they decided to find each other and they made a high school their base, mingi was the last to arrive there , after all being together they found a way to bring yeo back, now see yeo in the mv but he was all the time wearing black suit, until the end when they do that ritual the suit became white, so I guess he was in a parallel world were he can see them and they don't and was just sending signs and waiting for them to bring him back, and they Succeeded. That was so long sorry^^ but,what do y'all think?

Oh Sara, it's a huuuuuge lore lol. Seonghwa said in private messaging that Yeosang is the symbol of peace, so the white doves and the bread make sense. Mingi being the new kid, to me, means he's the last missing piece in their group so that fist scene happened and they smiled at each other, they were like oh yeah, we fit together (the Mingi part is my opinion lol) but there's sooooo much and all theories at this point... I think they all have powers, yeah. I mean, if you think about it, they ARE supposed to be Pirates who travel through different times/eras/worlds with the hourglass. I think the whole point is that dance can bring people from all walks of life together. That love and happiness can conquer hate and rivalry.

I just love it, Ateez is as always the BEST of the BEST. I don't know what Yeosang's role is, but it's definitely very important haha. His outfit (the black one) is the same one he used at the end of Deja vu when he was on the ground with the broken hourglass.

The context of The real, is based as a sequel to Turbulence, where they were separated because the cromer was broken. In Fever 3's em diary film, they specify that Yeosang fled with the cromer and decided to break it to prevent the Utopian Ateez or the man in white from reaching the other 7, so in turbulence Yeosang is like a soul and the others are sad for being separated and they think they will never see him again. On the other hand, Mingi is the new boy and they try to talk to him that they join them to defeat the evil that causes human emotions to be forbidden in their world and they must be the eight from reality to do so. Mingi did not want to, but in the end that this, The real, finally joined and for that and thanks to his power (I do not know if it is because of the book or through his powers) Yeosang can reach them, that's why he does not come out too much in the mv at the beginning, but at the end, since they managed to be all eight, and put an end to the evil that prohibited art and emotions. It is said as the theory of other Atinys that the white man was Yeosang, since he is the only one who comes out dressed in that color. That would more or less be Fever 3 with The real as the final.

6:27 i think you’re on about the diary film from zero fever part 1 era. he was with all those birds in cages when he was expressing the limited freedom he had growing up. if we take that into context, here the birds are already free but this whole time he was stuck on the roof/sidelines, just away from ateez. then four of them did that whole punch-giant light strobe thing and he finally joined them. symbolism, symbolism. we got the same idea, i paused the video before you mentioned your whole breakdown😭

slight mama spoiler if you hadnt seen it: I think the dance break is going to be two different members every time they perform it because on kingdom it was san and jongho, in the mv, its wooyoung and mingi, at mama, it was yeosang and yunho, and on immortal songs thats premiering on christmas day, there is rumors that the dance break is possibly going to be seonghwa and hongjoong, so theyll all be getting a little moment to shine at the end :)

Hongjoong once said that since an mv that i cant remember, Yeosang is lockes away and i feel like with this power ignition he came back again but i could be way off.

at the end of Deja Vu Yeosang broke the hourglass and could not travel in time to join them and was separated from them, the book cover changes from white to black, his suit changes from black to white when they "summon" him and at the end they are all together again

Loved this reaction, this MV was everything we needed! I saw on Twitter that the book Mingi is reading is about morality, so it's like their morals and beliefs are what's protecting them and making them strong; that aside, this song was teased at the end of Fireworks and first released for Kingdom's finale and appeared at the end of Eternal Sunshine too, and this version seems to have added traditional instruments in the instrumental! I don't know if this is true, but this is just my theory which might explain a bit why in this video Yeosang just looks like he's watching them. When you said Yeosang was like in a birdcage before, it reminded me of Say My Name's MV. Where Yeosang looks like he is trapped there, but at the end of the video he disappears. Then move on to Answer's MV, where you can see the guy wearing a white suit and mask there. And continues to Deja Vu's MV, where at the end of the video Yeosang appears on the roof of a building holding an hourglass. As you know, in this MV Yeosang is on the same roof as in Deja Vu's MV. Which explains that at that time Yeosang experienced Deja Vu while holding the hourglass which made him remember previous events. Which, the incident was when he came to a school where they (Ateez) first met. That was the reason why he wasn't told in the video that he was a student there. Then he plans to unite them all into one, become Ateez. And in Say My Name's MV, Yeosang is not shown the dark side of him (the side of Halateez), which is the reason why he seems to disappear at the end of the MV. And then in Answer's MV, Yeosang reappeared as a man in a white shirt and mask to tell them (Ateez) about their dark side and that's where they got the answer to everything, that Halateez is a part of them too. That's the theory I came up with, what do you think?

I'm just seeing this video, but you know how in Halazia Yeosang sings the line about the bluebird who lost its voice? Well that instantly had me thinking about how he gets barely any lines and hes always shown with birds so maybe he is the bluebird without a voice and maybe he's been getting close to no lines on purpose? Because despite that, he always has a main character vibe in a lot of the mvs.Or, he's like one with the birds and thats how in Halazia he says "I can hear the whispers" like the birds know something but he's the only one who can hear them? so real yeosang was trapped in the other dimension, (this is all just a theory btw) so in deja vu we see joong going to halajoong for help to free yeosang. and in fever pt3 diary, halajoong meets ateez and tells him to switch their clothes. okay so now they are still trying to save yeosang but now real joong is dressed as halajoong, so they try to trade the cromer for yeosangs freedom (halajoong stole cromer at the end of wonderland kingdom performance), but it goes wrong and yeosang breaks the cromer (so hes trapped) and the other hand at the end of deja vu is realjoong dressed as halajoong. and now to this mv. mingi is a new student and has more powerful powers than everyone else (thanks to the book) so thats why ateez are trying to get his attention bc they need his help to bring the real yeosang back (we know he is safe bc of seonghwas diary). but the books powers can be dangerous (the background) but they need it for yeosang. so they all team up at the end and use the books power to create the sign that the portal is open (in seonghwas diary, it was mentioned that there is another hourglass). they are successful and the real yeosang finally returns to ateez at the end (birds did symbolize freedom). buuuut the book is dangerous remember, so the cost of using it, is now they start to lose their memories. oh and all of the fever parts are before the other comebacks chronologically yeosangs story gets deeper with his personal life w his dad and how hes not allowed to go out with the teezers to do what he loves etc. but i hope this short explanation helps !!
