It'd be hard to pick one song as ATEEZ because they do a lot of different genres which are connected by an indescribable sound. For TTs, I suggest Halazia which feels like a genre of it's own making (but still has that special something that makes it ATEEZ) and Turbulence, a slower/meaningful song (ATEEZ has a lot of songs with meaningful lyrics). I know you've watched some of their other TTs before. These two are different than some of their other songs you've seen. ATEEZ has so many top tier performances. If you liked Bouncy & Crazy Form, they performed those for this year's MAMA. Their performance From the Wonderland on Kingdom Legendary War was ranked the best Kpop performance of 2021 for good reason (I believe it was the first appearance of corseted Seonghwa 😅). Also excellent, but with a different feeling than the previous two live recommendations: their performance of New World from The Fellowship: Break the Wall 2022 Live Version (not in Japan) on Princess Minky's channel and their concert performance of Take Me Home in Japan on Seongjoongtrr's channel (I haven't seen concert DVD uploads get blocked). Another option is listening to the other unit songs. This would also help with the members names. Matz leans hip hop, IT's You leans R&B, and Youth is softer, but not a ballad. Quick overview: ATEEZ's storyline involves 2 universes: A and Z. In universe A they're a modern take on pirates (treasure-seekers) which is why their debut songs are Pirate King and Treasure. In universe Z, their alter-egos, the Halateez (often portrayed in black clothes and fedoras), live in a dystopian world where they are fighting against their government which has banned all forms of art and anything that invokes emotion because they know emotionless people are easier to control. They travel between universes with a special hourglass called the Cromer. They've released 3 album series Treasure, Fever, and The World. The first two series were mostly in Universe A, while their most recent series, The World, is based in universe Z which is why the songs are darker and rebellious. Part way through the most recent album, they begin the move back to universe A. The unit songs appear to be part of that change.

I think if you want to be reallllyyyyy amazed, I’d watch a couple of their Kingdom performances. My faves are Wonderland, and the Ikon Rhythm Ta performances. I loved Ateez before then, but after kingdom, I LOVVVED them. Their energy was absolutely insane! Even if you don’t react to them, I’d def watch in your personal time. ❤

But, here are a few songs you can check out that show you their incredible range; Group 1: Dune, *Eternal Sunshine, Mist, This World, Silver Light, We Know Group 2: *Deja Vu, Cyberpunk, Be With You, To the Beat, *Inception, *Thanxx Please note that the songs with an asterick have music videos and those without don't so you will need to watch a lyric video. These songs are all incredibly different from each other so they should give you a good idea of what they are capable of as a group. Honestly, this is one of the few kpop groups that I know of that can pull off pretty much anything. I think of them as musical chameleons in that regard. Khadija you have such an eloquent way of explaining Jongho's song, it is exactly how you said it, a very well-made ballad that could easily be a drama OST. Jongho does that thing with every song he is a part of, the very big climax and the constant climbing with his voice but here it is more prominent. You can hear more of his tone and his abilities and you can experience the marvel that this guy is, he is truly amazing. Thank you for reacting, I hope you will be able to watch the other stuff Ateez put out (the songs are subunits, not a solo song like Jongho's and some people commented the titles on here already, so I won't bore you with them here :D), there are awesome in their own way!

Ahhhh I love Jongho’s vocals so much! You should definitely check out his covers of Wildflower and also Don’t Go Today. They both showcase his voice superbly ❤❤❤ I need him to do more ballads because girl!!!!
