Here are some tips for those who are wanting to learn the dance!!! 1.) First, you have to stretch. Go through a little warm-up/stretch your muscles. You don’t want to be sore after trying to learn. 2.) *For those who are learning the whole dance* Yes, the dance is gonna take you some time to learn but divide the parts and focus on them until you’re ready for the next. Timestamps: 0:00 - 0:27 : Hongjoongs part 0:27 (This part until 0:40 is pretty easy) - 0:45 (For chorus learners) Chorus (first part): 0:45 - 0:59 *Slow down the part (0.25) So you could learn the parts. Once you feel you know, go up to 0.5 then 0.75. Put it all together and try on normal speed.* Chorus (Second part): 0:59 - 1:08 *Once again 0.25 to learn move by move then speed up when you feel you’re ready.* 1:09 - 1:21 Jonghos WE AREEEE!! 😆 *This part is simple. I’m sure you’ll get it. If you’re not comfortable with moving your body fast, you could do little shoulder and head moves. Just be sure to also get those steps in.* Fix On! 1:22 - 1:43 *This part should be easy but if you’re planning to learn the back up dancers moves, divide the clips and follow the speed process* This amazing move that I love so much 😻: 1:43 - 1:54 *pick your member. They are doing different things at once. For this, I would suggest using speed 0.5 to 1x. Remember to stay on beat!* PC: 1:54 - 2:03 - 2:37 *pretty much the same thing, just make sure to get that ending **2:36* 2:38 - 2:44 : Sans part: If you’re not able or not comfortable with sliding your hand on the floor, just slide your foot. You know that one move in Butter by BTS in the chorus? Just do that. Whatever makes you comfortable. Here are the rest of the timestamps until 2:45 - 3:03 : If needed, following the speed. (0.25 - 1x) I’ll Explain the dance break in the next one :) *Also, if you’re wanting to learn until here, be sure to stretch afterwards as well*

this choreography is really detailed and exhausting but so fun at the same time, i love it. i learnt the chorus in 1 hour and 30 minutes quite smoothly in 2 days ( 50 min first day and 40 min today ) and wow im so glad i learnt it, it really makes you break a sweat but thats what i love. one of the hardest choreographys i have learnt yet but its awesome, lets go!

I literally finished learning it and after doing it twice at 100% speed, I felt like I was going to throw up. Keep in mind, I'm not a dancer, so it looked unclean, but I'll get there, eventually lol. I give them soooo much props. This is how I broke down just the chrous for anyone wanting to learn it. 0:41 - 0:54: pre-chorus and the first part 0:54 - 0:59: chest out the second part 0:59 - 1:04: Yunho center third part 1:04 - 1:10: chest out and prepping to go crazy part 1:10 - 1:15: go crazy like a guerilla 1:15 - 1:22: ending

Working on learning this and Halazia. As difficult as Halazia is, I think Guerilla still takes the cake as their hardest choreography. It's insane!

I started dancing kpop dances again, i encountered this group while downloading some of monsta x's dance practices and i was blown away by how incredible their dances are, when you actually look at the dance it's quite intimidating but it's actually doable even without the need to slow it down, I've got the whole chorus on just one hour, a fun dance to practice indeed.

I started learning this today and it’s rough 😩😩😩Guys don’t forget to stretch before practicing if you want to cover the dance. I repeat, DO NOT FORGET TO STRETCH. I didn’t and now my legs hurt 😂😂😂

just by learning the chorus part, my upper body got sore the day after. I did some stretching and warm-up exercises before learning this but I guess ateez what ateez 😅 at least i enjoyed learning it. now, i'll attempt to learn the whole choreography. wish me luck 😅

Tips on learning this: -Stretch! this choreo requires lots of energy so pls stretch before learning -Follow the pathways of the moves (what dance move is after another) and focus on big movements before working on details. Having an understanding of what sort of dance move is next will make the learning process a bit faster. Basically you wanna look at the bigger picture before noticing the details (e.x. hands are open or closed on this part, hands are flat or reached out, what direcfion is the feet pointing, etc) -Divide the song into sections (pre chorus, chorus, etc) so you can focus the choreo on that part. -Count the moves in your head (or shout them out) to maintain rhythm of the choreo & song -Slow the video down on the choreo part you're learning. Repeat as many times as you want -Lastly have fun :D
