I really enjoyed the crafting in the first Ryza game so that negative doesn't apply with me.

*Okay, the issue I had with the mechanics was never the alchemy mechanics, but the combat mechanics. The alchemy mechanics was probably the best of the series. It was actually scientific and not mini-gamey. Glad to agree that it has improved though.*

Me too, I just bought the last copy at my local Best Buy. I have 14 days to return it but the first one never really went on sale and it isn’t really in stores. I bought so I can hopefully beat the first one by then and the first one went on sale one time on the eshop but not physical plus it became hard to find in stores and it’s $70 at Amazon. So I figured I buy it before I have to drive a while like I did when I was trying to buy the first one. Just figured I’d let you know this.

That's how game sales work nowadays. Retailers won't shelf a lot of physical copies of a certain game if it's not as in high demand like CoD. Sad, but true unfortunately.

The original was on a deep sale on switch months ago for 30 bucks. Almost pulled the trigger. Now wish I did. Shits still full price . Whack

I think the game was great. It has a an amazing gameplay and small side and stories side quest. I would had likes if they had a way to unlock some extra costume in game and not only dlc. I went thru a lot completing stuff to get nothing
