The Jewish people around Jesus who bore witness to this statement knew full well what that Jesus was making a statement about his own divinity, and for this reason they picked up stones attempting to stone him for blasphemy (John (10:33). In John 8:58, Jesus made another statement claiming to be God, when he said 'very truly I tell you...before Abraham was born, I AM' Again, because of this statement, the Jewish people attempted to stone Jesus, since the understood completely that Jesus was calling himself Yahweh, the great 'I AM' (the name of God in Exodus 3:14). Jesus was also claiming pre existence to Abraham and making a statement about his eternal nature (as a divine being). The gospel of John 1.1 describes Jesus as God, when it says 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God.' Just incase we are in any doubt as to whom John is referring to when he talks of the 'Word', he goes on in John 14 to say 'The Word became flesh and made his dwelling amongst us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth' ... In John 20:28 Thomas the disciple declared to Jesus himself 'My Lord and my God'..Jesus allowed him to make that statement and did not protest or correct him, since presumably Jesus knew it as a truth statement. There were a number of times described in the bible where Jesus' disciples worshipped him (Mathew14.33, when he walked on water, or when he appeared after the resurrection, Mathew 28.9). In both cases, Jesus did not stop them or correct them in any way, whilst one would assume that Jesus, even if 'only' a prophet, would rebuke this, if it were not appropriate. Yet, He allowed this, thereby making a statement about his divinity. I could go on and on and on using examples such as these. But, in the end, Jesus far more than once, used the phrase 'He who has ears to hear, let him hear'. In other words, sadly, not everyone who hears (or even reads) his message, will fully understand or accept it. Some will remain deaf to his message and his truth. That actually isn’t true. Jesus says if you deny him he will also deny you before the Father. If you reject him he may still come after you but at the end of the day he knows our hearts . He knows who’s are truly his and who isn’t . Paul talks about apostasy in the Bible too and he says warns believers about leaving the faith .

Because bad things happen on earth for a reason God can’t control our lives and can’t help us with everything he expects us to do what’s right and stand up for what is right and help each other because he wants to see if we are good people and he will help us but we need to do our part and people Are and have been suffering but suffering end’s because of what we do to stop it and he put us in tests to see how we act and what we do we need to help each other and help our fellow human being

No child is born in sin, since they have not yet sinned. Sin is committed by all of us later in life, since we are all human and not perfect (Jesus was the only perfect human). Had he been a liar, Allah would have humiliated and destroyed him as He did with those before him who falsely claimed Prophethood. - Third, the miracles Allah gave him as supporting evidence were beyond the ability of human beings and were beyond range of natural phenomena. The moon split for him, water gushed from his fingers, food became more abundant in his hands, and similar phenomena were authentically reported and happened in a way that could not be denied. - Fourth, the Prophet (pbuh) was backed by the greatest miracle which is the Quran. In fact, Quran was a challenge and remains a challenge for Arabs who were known to be good poets and eloquent speakers. Allah challenged them to write a single Surah (chapter) that would be similar to that of Quran, but the Arabs were unable to do so. Indeed, the challenge still endures, none of the Arabs throughout history - since the revelation of the Quran - was able to make anything that was even similar to it. No doubt that the Quran has been preserved intact until it came to us. Groups of people memorized it including children, adults, males and females. So generations brought the Quran to generations until it reached us as it was revealed 14 centuries ago. Hence, the Quran remains intact protected from distortion or alteration. Nothing has been added to it, nor taken from it. Quran is full of scientific facts that were verified only in these times of scientific investigation. No doubt that Muhammad who was illiterate would not have possessed this knowledge 14 centuries ago. Doesn't this prove the authenticity of the Quran and that it is the Word of the Creator of the Universe who knows all its secrets? - Fifth, the things from the unseen that he (the Prophet (pbuh) informed us about. Some of them occurred during his life time. Others happened later. Some of these things happened to the Prophets, may Allah exalt their mention, who preceded him and some are still to occur. He also informed about the signs of The Day of Judgment, some of which had already been seen such as widespread killings and genocide, adultery and fornication and the consumption of the alcohol, outnumbering of males by females and the increased number of earthquakes, and afflictions,… etc. - Sixth, the testimony of some of the people of the Book that he was a true Prophet. Some of them believed in him like 'Abdullah Ibn Salam (r.a) who was a Jew as well as Negus (king of Abyssinia) who was a Christian. Some of the people of the Book certified that he was a Prophet from Allah but refused to follow him like Huyayy Ibn Akhtab. The above are some of the signs that prove his Prophethood and the authenticity of his revelations. Silent tears rolled down their cheeks and soaked into their beards. The sublime words of Quran melted their hearts, as it had already begun to do in Mecca. Interestingly most of the people at the Ethiopian court would not have understood Arabic, yet the eloquence and subtly of Quran moved them. The words were then translated for them. At this point in the story it is fascinating to realise that God described the Christians as those whose tears overflow when they hear the truth. And when they who call themselves Christians listen to what has been sent down to the Messenger, you see their eyes overflowing with tears because of the truth they have recognised. They say: “Our Lord! We believe; so write us down among the witnesses”.(Quran 5:83) The King was overcome, and exclaimed, “It appears that these words and those that were revealed to Jesus are from the same source.” Turning to the Meccan envoys he said, “I will not hand these refugees over to you. They are free to live and worship as they please under my protection” .This did not please or satisfy the Meccans. Their mission was to discredit the Muslims and thus the religion of Islam. The Meccans moved forward with another plan to destroy the fledging religion, in a pathetic attempt to influence the King they declared that the Muslims spoke disrespectfully about Jesus. After hearing Quran it is unlikely that the King gave their assertion very much credit, however he called the Muslims back into his presence and asked about their belief in Jesus. Jafar answered truthfully and immediately. “Our belief in Jesus relies on what our prophet has told us about him; Jesus is God’s servant and messenger who was created by the command of God. On hearing this, the King declared that this description of Jesus did not differ from their own Christian belief. The result was that the Meccans left Ethiopia in disgrace, while the Muslims lived in peace and security for several years before they returned to Mecca. (This is proof that the bible had been changed since) Several years later Prophet Muhammad wrote letters to different rulers throughout the world inviting them to accept Islam as their religion. Among the first leaders to receive the letter was the King of Ethiopia. What follows is an approximate translation of that letter. I begin with the Name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious. From Muhammad, the Messenger of God, to the King of Ethiopia. Peace is for the one who follows the right guidance and believes in God and His Messenger. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship but Allah. He is one and has no partners. He has neither wife nor child. And Muhammad is His slavet and His Messenger. I call you to accept Islam. I call both you and your army towards Allah, Who is worthy of all respect and esteem. I have thus discharged my duty of conveying His message and advice. You should accept it, May peace be on the followers of the guidance. “O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians): come to a word that is just between us and you, that we worship none but God (alone), and that we associate no partners with Him, and that none of us shall take others as lords besides God.” (Quran 3:64)
