I was inspired by the movie ZORBA THE GREEK, prompting me to visit Athens in late Nov-1976, when I was only 30 Years. I was warmly greeted in English by the Airport staff. I deposited all my belongings,particularly Moulinex Grinder, which I had bought during my stay in London.Surrendered my Passport to get permission to stay in Greece for 48 hours. Went on sight seeing Tour,visited Acropolis hills, and saw the old temple Parthenon. Later on we came down and visited the Museum.in the City. I went to a Restaurant for eating and a pious person sitting apposite my Table prayed God,and asked my permission to eat. He had a long beard but was a pleasant person. Those days Greece was a Poor Country, but was rich in Culture and Heritage. The Country will raise again like the PHOENEX. and will rule the World.
