Yes, we started with our own languages Swedish and Norwegian (with English subtitles)😊🇸🇪🇸🇯 but then we switched to English☺️ So more people could understand🥰 Thank you so much for watching💙

Next time come to Thessaloniki. I suggest to you to go to upper town, white tower, Aristotle square, toumba Stadium, ladadika, bit pazar. I suggest you to eat for breakfast bougatsa with (cream, cheese, mince, spinach) and with Frappé coffee or koulouri Thessalonikis. If you want to eat generally sweets and desserts try to eat galaktompoureko, mpaklava, kazandibi, politiko Thessalonikis. For street food try pita gyro and souvlaki Thessaloniki has good street food and tavernas.

The little fruits are ΜΟΥΡΑ (= kind of berries) and the tree called ΜΟΥΡΙΑ. These were probably the white. There are also the red and the most common the black. I have eaten tons of them in the parks of Athens and almost every time i coloured my hands and my t-shirt . Almost impossible to clean. Do you know Bombyx mori (=ΜΕΤΑΞΟΣΚΟΛΙΚΑΣ=``silk worm``) ? They eat ONLY the leaves of this tree. That`s why Peloponissos is called also ΜΟΡΙΑΣ, because of the enormous amount of mulberries trees to feed these silk worms, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombyx_mori

I will give you some suggestions for excursions outside Athens, where you can also swim. 1) Schinias (50 m from the center of Athens - next to the village of Marathon) 2) Porto Germeno and Psatha beach (1 h from the center of Athens) 3) Kanakia beach in Salamis Island (1 h from the center of Athens)

The little fruits that you ate are berries and they're safe to eat but not as good as koromila (small sour apple like fruits). My suggestion would be Varkiza or Sounio, if you're up for a day trip during summer 😁

I Am also Sagittarius , maybe that is the reason I like you!!! As for suggestions, go to pedio areos, there is an exbition called plasmata, πλάσματα (creatures), until 10 July. It's open until 10.30pm every day. It's better to go afternoon - evening!! Also go to islands near Athens, like Aigina, Agistri, Poros, Hydra, Spetses!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Kifisia,Marousi,Nea Smyrni(around the square), halandri, sounio, gazi, Athens Riviera. Most places are better in the evenings or late at night and especially on weekends. And of course cooler temperatures at nights.

Dere lager så bra videoer, musikken og klippinga og humøret = 10/10! 30 grader og stigende, håper virkelig dere slipper unna enda en hetebølge-sommer der nede. Ang. tips om videoer: athen zoo, turistfeller å unngå når man er i Athen (opplevde selv alt fra taxi scams til restauranter som tok alt for mye betalt og pågående gateselgere), kulturforskjeller mellom hellas og skandinavia (største/rareste forskjellene), handling på matbutikk (utvalg, priser), monastiraki flea market, hvordan blir løse katter og hunder behandlet i Athen, kanskje det finnes en dyrevernorganisasjon dere kan få besøke en dag, f.eks Athens animal rescue shelter, eller om det er noen områder av Athen som dere har oppdaget som ikke er typisk turistbefengte som dere vil anbefale, evt. restauranter/kafeer. :) Oi, det ble en lang melding ja! :D

The fruit the old lady gave you to try is called mulberry in English and μουρα in Greek. The original mulberies are black in colour, but what you tried is the newer white variety. Greetings from Sydney, Australia

Exactly. The old lady said you don't have to eat the inner part because it's a tasteless stalk - not because of any health risks. You can eat the fruit of this tree but of course in Athens with the air not being clean and not knowing what's in the ground where the tree grew ... yeah, one might want to be cautious. I would not care of course because this is one of the nicest fruits you can have in the summer, if not the tastiest, but I'm not squeamish. The black variety is even sweeter. The white variety has a lighter taste. The trees do not keep their fruit for long. They attract wasps etc. when the fruit get too ripe and drop on the ground. Therefore enjoy while you have the chance. You won't find this fruit in supermarkets because it's too fragile to handle. If you do find it, it won't be ripe. If you are in the countryside in June look out for it. You can just eat it off the tree - if you try to wash it it will disintegrate. It's really nice when it's cold so if you take a plastic tub with you you can bring some fruit back home to keep them in the fridge. The tree also provides an excellent shade in the heat. One last thing: the black variety stains clothes, shoes etc. for ever. PS: Many mulberry trees you see in Athens are called male mulberry trees. I don't know why. You can tell them apart because their fruit is much smaller. It's usually not worth picking as it's smaller, often dried up, less juicy and less sweet than the so called female tree. They are still good for providing shade.
