Wow this is so good. I never knew how the players were trained to know how to make the correct runs. Amazed that some players still can't play well even with such training but perhaps not all teams train like this.

Other teams definitely don't train like this. Bielsa created a very unique and creative way of training. He's written books about it and professional coaches have all read, or at least heard of, his books.

Only Positional play teams practice all these movements. Pep, Sarri, Setien...

o primeiro exercicio, era o que?...algo tatico, defensivo eram 3 zagueiros?....na frente porque os atacantes trocavam?
