For those who wonder why we did this: Athletic Club gives once per year, the One Club Man award that recognises unique players who have been their entire career in only one Club. Our Club only plays with Basque players, thats way we recognize players who have proven loyalty and fidelity with that award. (previous seasons -> Maldini, Puyol, Maier, Le Tissier) Beside this award is a recognition that shows how much we love Celtic FC here in Bilbao. Aúpa Athletic & Celtic :) 🍀🦁

Bilbao fans were outstanding, true fans. meanwhile when hibs tried to give this legend of the game(and ex hibs employee) a minutes silence we had to put up with 200 or so hearts fans booing. I was horrified. credit many hearts fans who tried to shut them up, but there is always a section of complete idiots I guess. RIP billy mcneil
