Thank you for this informative review of AG1. I’m an active 64, hands on with grandchildren and decided to introduce this product after a recommendation. I finished my second order then tried another brand. I’m making the choice to repurchase AG1 again. I did feel a difference 💚

Thanks for the review and good info! I've been using AG1 for over a year and have recently put it on rotation with Huel Daily Superblend. Huel is less expensive than AG1 and the superblend has more protein and a few other things. Would you do a review on Huel Daily Superblend?

Awesome!! I can definitely look into Huel for you 😊

Wish I had watched this before all the other trash reviews of AG1 because it is factual and informative. A lot of other reviews are from some mong who tried it for a month and gave a wishy washy response along the lines of, felt better but I made some other lifestyle changes so can't be sure what it actually did. What I often find myself asking is, if a certain ingredient is low such that it would be questionable what benefit it would provide. Having asked that, if we take this product every morning, do the low doses have a cumulative effect? For me, feel like it has given slight improvements and what I'm going to do when it runs out is start eating a lot of (actual) organic vegetables, some perhaps blended to see does that give meet my needs. Also, would like to get tested to see if deficient in anything. Thanks again, great review.

So glad this was helpful! To answer your question, it might help to have minor amounts of these nutrients daily, but it’s hard to know which ones without getting a blood test. I think your plan makes a lot of sense and hope it works well for you! 😊

No iron. No vitamin D. Two of the most (if not THE most) common deficiencies. We don't know the actual amounts of dozens of ingredients and many of those ingredients remain unproven. Specified quantities that where listed may be overkill in a good few cases. How many antioxidants do we actually need!? It is VERY expensive and the marketing strategy is very much focused on sponsoring influencers to promote it - i like Lex Friedman, but him saying "i enjoy it, look forward to taking it and feel great" before each podcast? Come on... I feel you were too kind! I will look forward to seeing further videos

Totally valid points! I will say, they do provide vitamin D droplets with K2 when you order. But for iron, that’s one that depends on the individual for needed dose, so I’m not surprised they don’t have that one. Even standard multivitamins don’t really meet the needs of women, for example (prenatals do). And definitely about the uncertainty of other ingredients, that’s a massive flaw with a lot of greens powders! Also for sure about the advertising strategies. My focus is mostly just on the ingredients, but I hear ya! Glad you enjoyed it overall 😊

Since they provide the total amount of the proprietary blends, you can estimate whether they underdose the ingredients compared to the scientific research by just adding up what the effective doses should be. Some other youtube videos on ag1 went over this and found some concerning things. Imo, it's a severely overpriced product that misleads their customers into thinking it can replace whole green foods. If they really did put the proper dosages of the proprietary blends into ag1, there's no way it could be dissolved into a reasonably sized or even large drink, maybe a sludge or smoothie though.
