@@tyroneanderson5619 I guess the point was that this can't be judged a slow or underwhelming final in any possible standards. Only 9 other athletes ever got a 9.80 or better time. Of course Bolt in his prime was the best ever and his record is likely to last a long time.

I don’t know why people are reacting so rudely… they like don’t even care about Jacobs winning gold ☹️ Obviously, Bolt is the Greatest sprinter EVER, and there will only be one Usain Bolt through eternity… but there are also many more talented, world class sprinters who have worked very hard to achieve something… and we should respect it. But one thing for sure:- the silver and bronze doesn’t has much value anymore, as during Bolt, he was the clear winner in more or less every race, people were very excited to see who would come 2nd or 3rd, but this Olympics literally no one talking about Kerley

Now think about this for a second , what a brilliant tactics applied by Italian🇮🇹 and Brit🇬🇧 sprinter in the lane next to him. Brit knew he stands no chance of podium so he told Italian sprinter in advance that he will False start ( you can see how intentional that false start was) , to drain other sprinters Energy. Everyone except the Italian ran when false start happened another hint and last hint is see how Italian sprinter gives a smile in background when everyone ran after the false start except him 😅. It was a brilliant tactics that worked !! everything lined up for the Italian win 🇮🇹 ** Not taking anything away from Italian 🇮🇹 Sprinter Jacobs, it was his skill in the end that got him OLYMPIC GOLD 🥇** just highlighting an observation based on facts
