Well mine shifted to the right side, so why wouldn’t I tighten the right side?

NOTE: The belt shifts TOWARDS the side that is looser, and away from the side that is tighter. So you can LOOSEN the side where it's crept away from. In my case, the belt has moved to the left (loose side) so therefore I can tighten the left side. Thanks!
