The 35min mark on us bringing frustration on ourselves when we are proud, not humble reminds me of 1 Cor 13. Love isnt boastful, proud. Hadnt heard the point though that we are forgoing God's grace in choosing pride even when right.. Great word guys

Yes! Thank you. But you do know that forgiveness does NOT always equal reconciliation. You can forgive them, absolutely 100% , but it doesn’t always mean they can sit at your table.

Oof I tend to think that I’m quick to forgive, but when Arden was talking about “losing count” in regards to our children and always looking at them in the best light and not keeping that record of wrong. Yeeshhh. Lord, help me in forgiveness toward my children and helping me to be an example of your abounding grace and love. Help me to look for the best in them and be an encouragement to them.

I have trouble w forgetting in the process of forgiveness... esp w the abuse in the past. I have trauma triggers and responses that remind me of the past. Lord help me ❤️💚

6:34 Hey guys, God bless you for doing this podcast. In 2021-22 God out of the blue, spoke to me. After 15 years of knowing what God called me to do. However I said no repeatedly, that wasn't what I wanted in my life after i ran our life aground with addiction. 9 years i said no, while building a lucrative business and living clean and sober. However relapsed and it cost me so much more after 4 or 5 years of active addiction, on the heels of 9 years of sobriety. Went through an amazing Christian transformation center in 2019, and He said are you now ready, again i said no, im inadequate and knowone wants to hear a street rat, 3 years latter i was back to Bethel Colony of Mercy in Linor NC, and this time He spoke to me, while i was using the bathroom. Clearly, i heard," preach for me, short videos each day online." Please look at what God did through me while i was obedient. Thats not the end of the story, i had to stop 8 months later, for now.

Hey Beveres! I lost a relationship with my best friend of 10+ years around 4 years ago. It rattled my world because there was intestines backstabbing that caught me by surprise as well as the attempt of destroying my character. I tried to reach out and reconcile with them to apologize for anything I might have done that I was unaware of. However the response I got back was just accusatory and full of lies. I have tried to forgive them in my heart but everytime they are brought up I can feel my body tense up and all that pain comes right back. What should I do to find peace and leave it to rest.

Hi guys This is a really important topick...but what do if the husband or wife are not willing to resolve the problem. What if they shame you out, yell at you to shot up, marke you as a liar or as a stupid or even make fun of you when you ask for forgiveness or if you forgive them; but they behave over and over again that way for decades?
