Yes you got it right, its a mashup song! He merged some of his famous song into one, its a love medly. The first song is Tera Hone Laga Hoon, then Tu Jane Na, followed by Be Intenaan, Main Range Sharbatoon Ka and the last song kun faya kuin, It was a tribute to A.R Rahman who composed the song and this song is originally Sung by Mohit Chauhan.

No you are not wrong, Kun faya kun is arabic verse as you guessed. The lyrics was mean to priase GOD.

You were completly right on the kun faya kun thing abd yes its is a medley/mashup. In india the hindu people ( Sanathans ) really appreciate other culture's and the verses that praise god. Because hindus ( actually sanathans) believe that which ever name you pray to it is always the same god. Also indias ( pakistan used to be part of india) has one of the highest muslim populations in the world and islamic culture has influenced indian culture alot over the generations and vice versa obviously.

I don’t know how KZfaq understood i'm gonna enjoy this video..😂 i'm from Bangladesh & atif aslam is from Pakistan. I grew up listening his songs back in the time when there was no internet & KZfaq available.. & i was so young that i could go out naked, i still had no feel about it.. It was cd/dvd time.. My neighbour uncle used to play his songs.. The first song of him i listened was 'hum kisgali' something like that.. Nowadays i don’t really listen to hindi/urdu music but atif aslam is always in heart.. His jeena jeena song brings me back of my first love memory..😊😍

kun fayakun are arabic words.. urdu language has the capability to absorb words from other languages( in fact urdu literally means a mixture) it contains words from faarsi turkish hindi english pashtoo arabic and many other languages
