Whats so sad is these are much cheaper and have more space and some have more land.Compare to California that have less but cost more just because of the area.

Happy New Year Mr. Levine! Wow! I am blown away at all of the beautiful mansions! If I had to choose it would be between 1, 2, 6, 8 and 9! I wish we could afford something of this magnitude; however we were blessed to purchase our dream home here in FL back in 2017. Jamerson Rd and Anders Path are tops. I grew up in East Cobb, and live in West Cobb now. You should be able to sell those two areas easier than the close in locations. People are tired of living in the golden ghetto type areas.

Homes consist of houses and the land they're on. Houses in Atlanta probably cost somewhat less than those in the northeast or on the west coast because the labor pool is less expensive (and less thoroughly unionized), but the real difference is the cost of the land under the house.

Nice homes beautiful homes but be honest who would want to move to the state after what they did in the election and with all the troulble no way the people can stay and keep all your troubles in your own state and stop asking other states to bail you out
