ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING, starring Simon Pegg, Kate Beckinsale, Rob Riggle, and Robin Williams in his final performance, tells the tale of a disillusioned schoolteacher, Neil Clarke (Pegg), who is suddenly granted the ability to do anything he wishes. These powers are bestowed upon him by a group of aliens (voiced by John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones, Michael Palin and Eric Idle of Monty Python), who are watching him from outer space.

Surprisingly, good movie. It’s one of those movies that’s an all star cast, it’s funny, it has a good moral story, and nobody ever talks about it, or looks at it. I had no idea this movie even existed until two hours ago.

You " love " him ? Have you ever even met him ? Do you know his middle name ? You say this was " one " of his last performances . How can it be " one" of his last performances ?? His last performance is his last performance . His second to last would have been his second to last. If you would have took the time to google this , you could have just written it " was" his last performance. Also , you can't " love" him very much seeing as you didnt even respect his memory enough to type " REST IN PEACE " . People like you are sickening ...

Apparently a remake of the 1937 British movie "The Man Who Could Work Miracles" - which itself was from from a short story H. G. Wells wrote in 1898. This version however, while changing little from the two earlier versions, manages to be a lot funnier.

Love this movie.... love Roger Taylor (Queen) singing the opening tune, sounding more than a tad like Bowie ~ love Robin Williams ~ so nice to hear him one last time... love Simon Pegg, always funny... love Kate (phew ~ she's a beautiful woman!) and LoVE the Pythons.... this is a fantastic movie with layers of meaning for those who care to look between the hilariosity :)

Very funny! Enjoyed it a lot. At first when I saw the space characters I thought it was going to be campy and stupid. But they pulled it off and it was very entertaining!
