There's nothing quite like the sound of a V8. V12's and some inline 6's sound really good, as well. But the sound of a big V8, (as opposed to the typical smaller European 8's), especially in an Italian car, has an unexpected sound that really makes it stand out. I can imagine that the rumble of a Kamsin's V8 would draw a lot of attention anywhere, but especially in Europe.

I have the same engine in my QPIII but it sounds a lot meaner in the Khamsin. Very nice.

Yes,more precisely penned by legendary car stylist Marcello Gandini who back then was chief designer at the highly celebrated Bertone coachmaker firm.What an outstanding team !

I wish the cam timing on these engines was a little more aggressive, it's almost too smooth for an Italian supercar.

Le maserati erano gran turismo non sportive pure privilegiavano la comodità e sicuramente anche lo scarico di questa vettura e stato modificato perché fa troppo rumore
