hello thanks a lot, I have a question, do you know where I can find to what pressure the acetylene cylinders for AAS are filled, because some say that at low pressures for safety and others that no matter high pressures someone knows if there is a regulation or specifications, I mean that pressure cylinders are filled, I am clear that the working pressure (maximum cylinder output pressure) should be about 10 psi, and that the tank pressure should not be less than 100 psi per training of acetone that breaks down the packaging, but I can buy 2,000 psi cylinder if I have the regulator or I have to buy 300 psi, thank you very much,

You have to get a regulator, to use the indicated flow rate for your specific instrument

The pressure on the tank when full is your gas provider responsibility. Your job is to set up your regulator to between 9.5-14.5 psi (depending on your samples). Bellow 9.5 your flame will blow out easily and above 14.5 you are risking an explosion. Acetylene is packed in Acetone and when you run the tank bellow 100 psi acetone will enter your gas box (which you should never touch) and also your spray chamber and will damage your O-rings, they dissolve quickly into a black mass that you will have to clean up.

Hola trabajo con.equipos de este modelo series AA pero cuando hago analisis la lampara parpadea y las lecturas son erroneas que puede provocar el parpadeo de la lampara ??

I do too, what kind of parameter in your calibration standards do you have for let's say copper. I have a 10ppm and 30ppm STD and after calibration using g a mean absrobance of .4700-.5000 for 30ppm and .1700-.1800 for 10 ppm, we run samples reading the STD between every 20 samples, our standard for 30, ppm will vary from 29.5 to 30.3 and we are trying to narrow this range in absorbance. Do you have any tips?

@@chaleco82 Funciona bien el analisis de varios elementos a la vez con Agilent Fast Sequential?

@@paelams claro que si funciona pero en algunos casos funciona mejor con unos elementos que con otros. Si tu contactas a un Product Specialist de Agilent el te puede decir si tus samples se pueden corren juntos o no. Yo soy technico de servicio. Reparo las máquinas pero no las corro.

@@chaleco82 Hola, disculpa me podrias ayudar? lo que pasa es que en la escala de flujo de aire solo me aparece del 0-10 y necesito calibrarlo a 13.5 pero no me deja
