Wait so, while the atk is being delayed, any normal atk in between will basically add to dmg points for the ultimate when its fired? Cuz it seems at only certain times it is a one shot kill

Yes, the ultimate attack has a time delay. and what gives 1 shot 1 kill is the ultimate attack

Ya actually the damage is around 7000 of ultimate 😂😂 also at level 4 atomic annihilator does 2.8k basic damage and 8-8.2k ultimate damage ☠☻
