HemoHim helped me stop smoking in 2017, because everytime I stop smoking my lungs hurt and I could not breathe. When I used HemoHim it reduced my pain in my lungs when I breathe, reduced my back pain, and helped me breathe better. I saw a study in NIH.gov about Atomy and COPD.

After taking this stuff for 2 days theres a bit change in my body it boost my energy after dialysis its just the taste that I can’t swallow hahaha but I mix it up in my coffee and there u go I’ll try to continue doing it so I hope it can make a difference in my well being

I was in Singapore when I first took this product According to the Chinese doctor that was involved in creating this product you must take two a day and no more than six

I personally only take it once or twice a day. It depends on your preference and it's suggested that you take two packets a day or whatever your doctor recommends. I am not a professional doctor. I'm just sharing my personal review about the product. :)

Yes, but ask your doctor about it first. There was an Atomy member who had psoriasis and it disappeared when he took Hemohim.
