Yes I know the German have worse dispersion RNG, but that's not exclusive to them is what I am saying with Yamato the supposedly most accurate of them as example (until the Russian BBias comes out that is with that increasing accuracy with shorter distance). It's not like the German BBs only have bad results, they do have good ones (I managed to dev strike a Zao at 20km with spotter with Kurry recently) though it's only nearly as often as Yamato wiffing completely.

While it is unusual, the thing about the Arizona is that, although it became famous following the events of Pearl Harbor, it was essentially an old BB design. I believe it was even older than the New Mexico, although the New Mexico borrowed some of its hull design. Its armor and defense were from a time when the thing you expected to sink your BB was another BB with bigger guns and more armor. The North Carolina class was only built prior to WWII, it was the result of 20 years of BB design and was more-or less a contemporary of the Enterprise, being built with the idea of aerial attacks in mind, with the US Navy being aware themselves of the possibility and effectiveness of CV attacks. So I think that's more of why this player was surprised to get Detonated. I've only been playing since December of last year and barely now made it to Tier 8 with the US BBs. Although this detonation occurrence is rare, I have to say, most other BBs can citadel the NC pretty easily, I get HP deleted in chunks way easier than the Colorado, bow-"tanking" or not. I have to play this thing like a squishy CA or DD and always use islands or concealment to snap shots and retreat. I should have started with the Germans, I think... Their BBs seem more resilient and actually give protection when angling.

@@vtr0104 watch some of flamu videos on NC... It's one of his favorite battleships... Deadly but punishing learn some of the overmatch mechanics, remember the caliber of your enemy and play around it... NC is a really good ship, one of the best, it's just punishing if you give broadside

He has 71% winrate. Majority of CV players are not like this. Any ship can seem broken if a good player is playing it. I had a mutsuki land 90% of all the torps he launched, completely killing any ship he came across.

It might improve balance, but most of the time it is the skill gap that is too big. A pro player can do heck alot well in a CV that might seem OP at all. Also, mind you that if a CV player had sat his or hers eyes on killing you, then you will not live. As Yuro had shown in this video. I also think most of the complains are from players that doesnt really know bow from stern on their ships. I playing the new CV rework, and Im not nearly as good as I was before or as someone like Yuro, but at least Im learning. Most it is right down to RNG too

@@combativeThinker the fact that CVs stomp any ship except very few AA monsters likr Wooster and Minotaur? And DDs are absolutely screwed should they ever leave their teammate's AA zone. Plus almost any amount of AA won't stop the strike from full squadron happening. Any ship that wanders away from lemming train to position where it can provide crossfirr is screwed, because CV will most likely focus a lone ship than someone within lemming train. All this combined provides to be not so fun to play.

Mostly because of two things. -DDs may delete the game. It was already hard with all the pedo radar around but now add CV permaspot and all opportunities to play DDs in flanking or cap is nullified. -CVs can no longer actively protect teammates with fighters, and as such both CVs just quietly ignore one another and go for kills instead. Plus a couple of other things like how carrier lines are vastly unbalanced and that wargaming has no idea how to balance stuff
