i have been watching your videos for a while now, and i just wanted to tell you how i dont think ive ever watched a build of yours and not been completely starstruck at how you can always make your island look so easy on the eyes, and so beautiful, and now you’re releasing all of these amazing designs. you’re genuinely so talented and a huge inspiration for me.

マイデザ　おかりします！

Darn you! Because of this video now i have a powerful urge to restart my island! To be honest i was already thinking about it because there's too many zones in there based on Mario sunshine and my island lags and has items popping in and out and it's annoying, it also feels too cluttered. Now i want an island with this vibe and ill base it off my favorite tv show of all time, Ed Edd and Eddy, the opening scene in this video reminds me of the fence by the creek and i started getting inspired. It's going to be a green smalltown Peach Creek. I like the Peach Creek idea more anyway because i have to keep time traveling in the Mario sunshine island to keep it summery, but i miss the temperate seasonal changes.

Is your screen a filter? I played in spring many times and i never had the place that neutral green, on my island it's obnoxiously bright and overly yellow. I assume you either turned your screen lighting down on your switch or you have a filter installed on your videos. I want to decorate in this kind of mood lighting but my spring colors are so overly bright, i might have to turn the lighting down on my switch.

So for some reason the leaves around the path isn't bright at all on my switch, they practically blend in with the grass even though im in late spring, but it doesn't matter because i'm going to follow in your footsteps and attempt to recreate the path and maybe lightening the leaves. Not because the leaves bug me, it's because i want to make that path my own custom creation so i can manipulate the colors whenever i want for seasonal change so i don't have to keep redownloading every time the seasons change. I'm not very good at pixel art but i had practice by recreating my character's outfit, a shirt and cap, i liked the original codes but they were off so i added detail. The shirt is a slightly richer green and the hat now actually looks 3d rather than just having alternating colors with no shadows, it also now have those holes on caps. The path will be hard but i'm up for the challenge!

Do you have tutorials on how to make the codes, specifically the dirt path? I need to make my own version so i can interchange the colors whenever i want for the winter months. The details on it are so tiny it's going to be hard to replicate it. I still want this path but it looks too caramel brown in snow, i want to darken and make it duller every winter. If not tutorials then pictures of them in the custom code making screen shots where they show the grids on the screen up close? I can replicate things like puddles and some clothes, but it's when they have loads of similar color dots is when it becomes a bit much o.0 Either way i'm winging it, going in with random patterns of the same browns i see in it then fine altering it to get it as close as possible to the original then going out from there with the rest of them.

i was just thinking about coming back to the game, this is perfect! you've always been a great inspo for me 💚
