Inconsistent care results in anxious attachments, causing cleanliness and fear of abandonment. Distant care leads to avoidant attachments, making us self-reliant and distant. Unpredictable or frightening care creates disorganized attachments, leading to confusion in relationships. Understanding these patterns helps improve how we connect with others.

How avoidant style is different from narcissistic hot and cold mind games ? But it's a beautiful podcast...have seen so many videos on attachment styles but didn't get clarity..got much peace after watching this.
