Hey guys, attack on titan just ended. I really can't describe what i am feeling right now. Im not happy, im not sad, im not sober, im not mad, what is this feeling?, why do i feel so empty?. its like a part of me disappeared, was it the child that was so happy before?. I didn't really know the anime had that much impact on my life and my childhood, i used to sing the opening over and over again, watched tons of animations, recaps, documentaries, theories, and many more. It was like i lost something i loved, i can't help but be helpless on what i am feeling. On my mind i keep begging to the author to atleast let eren and mikasa marry at the end of the anime, have a good ending, have a happy life for the characters, its sad that the ending would be a cycle and a tragic one. At the bright side we should appreciate that isayama gave us a wonderful anime to watch, a wonderful anime to enjoy truly, at the end you'll realize that everything has to go, even if its something you love. Thank you isayama. Im so much appreciative to the anime you bestow upon us, thanks for making my childhood from when i was 5 - 14 years now. much love from your fans.

I don't think enough people acknowledge the visuals of ED 5. This ED reminds me so much of the happier days. When Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and all the other cadets only had to worry about training. When they were all friends and none of them had to worry about dying. I always focus on Reiner and Bertholdt when I watch this ED. I wish it didn't have to turn out this way.

I rarely do long forms of comments such as these, but I really wanted to express and vent my thoughts on this show; somewhere. This was one of my very first animes. I really enjoyed the past seasons, however I dont remember them in detail; probably only remember like 90% as I watched it around 2020, i think. On the last episode, my brain was flooded with important memories and emotions from the previous seasons. Just the thought of Eren and the survey corps, how simple their lives were at the time. Notably, Eren’s, Mikasa’s, and Levi’s ending scenes hit the hardest for me. The soundtracks didnt help either lmao they had me bawling. All seasons were peak. One of the only shows to make me tear up while watching n feel empty after watching. Truly a great show, words cant describe how this piece of work makes me feel. Thank you, Isayama. 😭🗣️ 2013-2023⚔️🛡️ Rest in piece, Eren.🕊️

But Eren forgot what freedom truly meant. NOT forgetting. And which better person to remind him that than Mikasa, the embodiment of freedom. The same Mikasa who understands Eren the most, to whom eren is neither a saviour nor a devil like he is to the rest of the world, but just a boy. Eren's humanity. She rejects Eren's request to forget him. Instead she wraps the scarf around her and declares how she CAN'T forget him. That's not where her freedom lies. She will remember the truth about him. She will remember everything that eren was and is. And with that she takes on that final burden of being the one to free eren from his pain, for Eren's sake. Because no other person could've given eren that final moment of peace with one single smile than the person whom he held onto till his final moments. The person who's his home. The person whom he loves the most and the person who loves him the most.
