Levi is one of the most emotional character as confirmed by Isayama. Its just that he has learnt to hide it because he has seen so much death and doesn't want to discourage his fellow soldiers and lower morale in battle. So he is like 200% human I'd say

Fan Theory: Levi is a Jedi who was in a battle in the Space above the AoT world. His ship got damaged and he was forced to escape to this planet. His backstory was made up in order for nobody to ask questions. I mean just look at his face. That is being calm and collected as Jedi teach!

@@WenhuiKho They also have Gas pushing them so they can jump higher and use titan limbs to latch on as well. In-game you could go high by latching to their napes and push yourself with gas. So you basically spin around titan on open areas.

@@m_yeu It's not the trees around being not present that's the problem. He can use the Titan's body in a similar fashion he could use trees or buildings to maneuver. His problem with Beast Titan is that it's far away and in the middle of an open area. He would be seen and have boulders thrown at him before he is near enough to latch onto the Titan's body. That's the reason he had to circle around and use the entire newbie army as a bait so the Beast Titan would lose track of his own Titan army being taken down by Levi. The abnormal titan in No Regrets is already close so he can simply latch onto it and maneuver around.

Levi is smart, if he finds a strong titan/titan shifter, he always aim for the eyes first, so that the titan couldnt respond to his attack.

Let's be honest, that abberant was insane. It had beast reactions and speed. It had no business being that overpowered. I bet if that thing rampaged through Erwin and Mike's line they'd be dead meat. It's like this Titan was made to exist for the sole purpose of Levi getting this scene. It was on all fours so that made it incredibly more difficult to take down because you can't reliably predict where his limbs or the nape is gonna snap to, since it reacted to Levi almost being near invisible so well.
