I think the issue with Nuu is that hero ability doesn't do much. Attacking with blues and trying to transent is also too slow and indeed players don't block underrated attacks. So I see people are testing with CNC, codex, leave no witnesses e.t.c. so basically her cards are not enough and you need to pay for staples.
