Well well, another failed siren test on the same week!
This time I went out to Richmond since they test their sirens on the first Saturday of each month. However, not everything went to plan as a rainstorm came in right as the test was supposed to start.
No, I do/did not intend to travel back to possibly catch the postponed test. I'll try my luck next month though.

I don't know if this was confirmed but I 100% can confirm this 2904 replaced a Modulator 5020 (the one on keenland drive)

Yes, it did. The video mixes it up and says the Whelen is getting replaced by the modulator, but Google Maps imagery suggests that the whelens replaced the mods in around 2007, which is when the video was uploaded.

No longer going to be WPS's pretty soon. They're throwing out the Whelen Mass Notification System for more "simplistic" and straight forward ASC-128's by the looks. Great catch nonetheless.

Yeah, I went back there in October and I actually passed by one. The photo is on the Air Raid Siren Forum if you know where to look.
